Thomson cruise ship

Early this year, we went on a cruise around the Canaries with a well known travel company. Pictures looked great of the ship. Yet upon getting on board and looking around, things were different. They had 2 Jacuzzis on board, yet the water all the time as a murky brown. Nobody dared to enter. It was emptied every night and refilled, but colour stayed the same. In the dining area, there was a smashed window that had a plastic sheet over it, and some windows was cracked. I have made a complaint and all they say is thank you for telling us.
