Applying for balance transfer

I currently have 3 open credit cards and am looking to complete a balance transfer on one of them and close the account down. The card in question was opened in October last year however I'm not keen on the bank or their website etc. so want to change. I was refused a loan of £4,000 in May; is it too soon to complete a balance transfer? One credit card is with Tesco and there's no debt on there. It's used regularly but paid in full on the due date. The second card is with Barclaycard, paid monthly but will be completely paid off and closed in September. The third card is with HSBC but after having them explain to me how paying back the debt works, I feel like I've been conned so want to switch. I don't purchase on this card. Please help!

What debts do you have on what cards? What don't you understand about how the HSBC card works? Why do you think you've been conned (you haven't, BTW)?
Do you have a BT offer on any of the cards?0 -
Barclaycard usually have BT deals. They seem to send me an offer every month or so.0
