Underlay for Wooden Floor

I have bought some wooden flooring to lay in my hallway. I was advised to use underlay and given the name of a brand. It apparently doesn't make the floor springy once laid and is itself rigid and not that stuff on a roll. It is described as green with a silver side.
I can't recall the name of the brand and am having trouble finding the underlay.
Has anyone got any idaes as to what it might be?
Thanks

Hi
I think its quiet as no-one has an answer for you, there are so many types of underlay brands, you just need to source it from the diy stores. You can get real cheap 1.99 ones and then real expensive 6.99 ones. Most are much the same in the same price bracket.
Happy shopping...
Sam
p.s. I got mine from same place as my wooden floor.0 -
From what you describe it as its Timbermate EXCEL and its made by Duralay. Most shops who sell Laminate or wood will be able to supply it to you. Or just Google and see if you can get it on the net.
I have nothing better to do!!!!

There are selections available here. Not suggesting you use this retailer - just provides you with some options.
