Manchester City Council Parking Fine No Images

I got a parking ticket about three months ago from Manchester City council for parking without a ticket. I have been going backwards and forwards with them regarding the ticket.
I checked on their website to view the images for the tickets but they are just blurry and can't make out my numberplate or see really anything.
Is the fact that they don't have images are good enough reason to challenge the tickets?
