  • All this talk of fees, what does it matter if the PPC is going to pay.

    It doesn't. But since litigation is inherently unpredictable, there is no guarantee that the PPC will be ordered to pay all the costs. I appreciate that your bullish view is based on the fact that users of this forum do generally win more than they lose, but the assumption you make is ill-advised.
  • Yes of course - the rule says it's a paper application so it would be £100. Still steep.

    Hi all,

    Thought I should just update you on what happened. The housing association actually contacted the parking firm and resolved the charges. I didn't have to pay a dime!
