Small Claims Track Notice of Allocation

I have received a Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing) which has given a ridiculously short amount of time to pay a trial fee of £80.00 but I cannot see anywhere on the form and cannot find online where and how I can pay it. The claim was initially made online via the MCOL service but there is nothing on my account to indicate where to pay this amount. I have until 4.00pm on Wednesday to pay it - any advice appreciated!
