Sky Q/openreach

We moved into a new build 2 months ago. We signed up for sky q which was installed on the day we moved but we're told we couldn't have internet yet because a bt openreach cabinet hadn't been installed. 2 months on and all of our neighbours have now had theirs installed but not us. We waited in all day 3 weeks ago because they said an engineer was coming but he never showed. When I called they said they'd forgotten to cancel it. We also unplugged our second tv when we were moving things around and have now lost all our features because it needs wifi to set it up (apparently the engineer would have set up the tv up using his own device just to get us going). This now defeats the object of sky q having no second tv and no internet! We had an email to finally book it in next Monday but they have just called and said they have still got no update and to ignore the email. Am at my wits end and paying over the top for extra data on phone at the mo. Any suggestions??

Probably not what you want to hear but you're just going to have to be patient.
