Penny Arcade Ringtone. How and which to download

I have a cheap mobile phone and want to put the Penny Arcade ringtone onto to it. Not sure which site is both free and safe. I have connected the phone to my PC using the USB cable so what should I do next. Any help and suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you

There are many cheap phones out there, telling us which will help, is it android? Or is it not a "smart phone"

Well, here's one. DON'T click the big green download button, you'll end up with all sorts of stuff you don't want. Once saved on your PC and with your pone connected by USB, you will need to navigate (on your phone) to a folder called ringtones, install the penny arcade there and then select it via the settings, sounds function.

You talking about the Roy Orbison track: Penny Arcade? You could just download it from Youtube and convert to MP3 else buy it from an online store of your choice.

Email it to yourself and open the email in your phone and download, else use pushbullet to do so.
