Hi Everyone regarding my previous post "Parking Fine Posted Cheque Nor Received" on the 21st June 2017 concerning Indigo Parking.
We have now received a letter from Wright Hassall Solicitors requesting payment of £171 within next 14 days (dated 17/7/17). We don't want our son to get an CCJ against him as he is just starting out as a Junior Doctor and they take these things seriously.
Can anyone suggest what to do? if they keep sending us letters will the costs keep escalating or should we just leave it and hope they don't take us to court?
We have told our son we will sort it but am becoming increasingly alarmed. Especially in view of the ruling last week against the staff at Cardiff Hospital and Indigo. Should we still ignore??

What was wrong with the replies in your other thread?
Having two threads about the same thing can cause confusion. You will probably be given advice you've had previously thereby wasting your time and other peoples.
It's much better to stick to one thread.0 -
