Garage had my car for 6 months

Nothing specific. First it was they had to wait for the assessor to see if it was a faulty part, then he didn't have time, then he took it to another garage for them to do it but didn't supply the parts required so it sat waiting there for weeks. Now it seems he's collected the car from the other garage and taken it back to his garage. Still not repaired.what reason has the garage given for it taking so long?0 -
forget letters, phone calls etc. Your neighbour needs to go in and face them, take someone along if they can. Warn other customers while they are there, the garage sounds like a low life.0
