Hi I notice there are a lot of threads relating to ParkingEye and car park tickets. I couldn't find one that appeared to be the same as mine.
I used a car park at Warrington Central Station to pick up people arriving by train. As you enter the street there is a sign stating 20 mins free but as I have since found out the area the I parked in was private and managed by ParkingEye. I was there for 17 mins and now have a ticket for £100.
It was 22:30 when I parked and obviously dark. I have been back and none of the signs in this area are illuminated and the sign at the entrance is angled away from anyone approaching.
Do I have any chance of winning an appeal?

All advice is there on how and when to appeal0 -
I did have a look there but wasn't sure that in my situation it would be worth trying to appeal?
I guess I use: Template appeal for BPA members.0 -
Yes, the blue template. This is essentially a poor signage case. Crops up 4 or 5 times a day.0
