Once again, Many thanks for the replies. Yes, I am aware of the final right to reject however, I exercised my right to reject on the second day after collection and well within 30 days, therefore, I am under no obligation to permit any attempt at repair. Yes, it looks like the only way to resolve this is to enforce my legal rights through the courts.0

Make sure you put everything in writing (emails count as writing) to both the seller and the finance company.

Thank you Waamo. I have done all of this already. From emails to telephone calls (I always record all my calls, and I inform them as well) all the way down to the meeting in the dealership where they tried to force me into agreeing to allow an attempt at repair. At this moment in time, I am awaiting all the information the Finance Company has received from the dealership in a pre-action letter I have already sent. I also advised very early on that any payments made are "under protest".0
