OK WELL I DECIDED LAST YEAR AS A MUM I DO NOT WANT TO BE WASTING MY LIFE AWAY, HAVE A LIST OF GOALS I WANT TO ACHIEVE IN MY 5 YEAR PLAN..
OK HERE GOES LAST YEAR ME AND A FRIEND STARTED ICS BASIC WEB DESIGN FOR NEAR £200
I DO KNOW THERE ARE LOADS OF FREE TUTORIALS ON THE NET BUT WAS HOPING TO GET THE CERTIFICATES FOR NOT EXPENSIVE PRICE
HOPING TO DO CSS 1&2 LEVEL, PHP & MYSQL ALSO LEARN FLASH AND PHOTOSHOP.. DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY
MY AIM IS TO EVENTUALLY SET UP MY OWN HOME BUSINESS, CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS ??
WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL !

Very good website and a forum (not very active so may take time to get help). Have you heard of irc? Its basically a chat thing, but if you download mirc (http://www.mirc.com/) and learn how to use that you can usually go into some help chat rooms which will help you with your code if you get stuck.
Another helpful website is http://pastebin.com/ as you can upload your code and you have a link to your code. Any problems, other programmers can look and notice something you may not have.
And finally, when programming use Notepad++ (http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net) which is an editor, so it makes things different colours so its more user friendly.
