YES car Insurance, any one???

I took out car insurance from YES for two reasons

1. It was the cheapest options (or thereabouts)

2. They had a special web offer where if I purchased car insurance before the 24th Sep they would give a free ipod shuffle

I thought it was a good offer until now, it's well over the 28 days for deliver that they stated. I don't have anything in writing or copy of offer from web (hindsight, it's a wonderful thing).

Is anyone aware of this offer or had any sort of dealing with YES insurance in last month or so

Any advise is appreciated

I too took up this offer and am still waiting :( . But you must have gone through the comparethemarket.com website in order to get it. HERE are the terms and conditions for it. I am still waiting for a reply to my email about it but will let you know if I get one.

As a quick follow up, I have just recieved an email from them stating:

"Ihave just validated your policy and can confirm that you are entitled to an IPOD. For some reason, your details weren't included in the file sent over to us by www.comparethemarket.com but I will arrange for an IPOD to be despatched to you asap." :j

I originally just sent them an email which stated my policy number, name, date I had bought insurance and also quoted back to them their own terms and conditions.

Hope this is of some help
