Brewing wine from grapes

We've just moved into a house which has a well established vine with about 60 small bunches of plump, sweet grapes. Not wishing to miss out I'd like to try my hand at turning them into something alcoholic and drinkable.
Any advice on what I need to do and what equipment I will need to buy and would be appreciated before the birds beat me to it.
