Switching problems

My tarrif with GB Energy ended on 30th June and switched to Affect Energy, who have been told of my meter readings. GB Energy apparently need the meter readings sent to them by Affect........who haven't done a thing!

In the meantime, I have a huge outstanding credit balance with GB, which I'd like back!!!

Any ideas how I hurry them up?

It can take up to 10 days for the switch meter readings to be verified by an industry third-party. The losing supplier has 6 weeks to raise your Final Bill from the date of transfer. Repayment of any credit will then follow.
