What make of drive is it? If it's Intel then download the Intel SSD toolbox. If it's Samsung then Samsung Magician.0

The files that don't delete are probably in use by active threads. If you want something extra to worry about there is a temp category under system files and not all of that gets cleared down either.
You have Windows owned temp files c:\windows\temp and more under your userid appdata
On mine I see c:\users\[myid]\appdata\local\temp and c:\users\[myid]\appdata\locallow\temp there may be more.
I've got 200MB or so of temp that disk cleaner doesn't remove on my 32GB micky mouse laptop. If I'm not bothered by that then you, with your massive 128GB SSD certainly shouldn't be. Find something else to worry about.0 -
How about running 'Disk Cleanup' where Windows might be able to find and delete the files?0
