Its just set to Google - although the search results come back as 'VirginMedia' which is my provider
It was the "search suggestions" option boxes on that screen that I was suggesting you play with.
Another thing to try: in Chrome / Settings / Advanced / Privacy and Security try turning off "Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors".
Does the problem still happen if you put \ after the address?0
