Car cash allowance and fuel card query

Hi,
I'm looking for some advice regarding my car cash allowance and fuel card.
Last tax year I had a car cash allowance and fuel card provided by my employer.
My cash allowance was shown on my payslip in payments and was then taxed.
I was also given a small payment to cover service and tyres which was also shown on my payslip in payments and then taxed.
My fuel card required me to fill in my daily mileage via a mileage recording company and I would then see my personal mileage shown as a credit to my salary and also in my deduction for the same value.
This was worked out by my YTD fuel cash total/YTD mileage inc business and personal mileage, giving approx £0.11p per mile. My monthly personal mileage would then by multipled by the average £ per mile (£0.11).
Example:
YTD Fuel £924.02 / YTD Miles 7719 = £0.119707215 (This is an average pence per mile rate based upon the whole year’s miles and fuel)
x YTD Private Miles 2853 = £341.52 (This is the total amount of deductions so far for the tax year)
– Previous deductions £140.01 April, £39.67 May, £12.64 June, £27.54 July, £16.11 August = £105.56 deduction for September
I was only charged for my personal mileage on my payslip.
No other info is shown on my P11D
The question I have is can I claim the difference between 0.45p business mileage allowance and the 0.11p average?
