I have Kids Pass membership. They are advertising on their website and app that members receive 10% discount with School Uniforms Direct. I tried using the discount on their website by putting my Kids Pass membership number into the discount box at the checkout but it wasn't valid.

I contacted Kids Pass and asked them why I wasn't able to use my discount on their website. This is the reply I received:

"Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we are no longer partnered with Kids Pass as of last year and cannot issue discounts for customers with membership. We apologise that this is the case as I know they may not have made you all aware."

The issue I have is that I wasn't made aware of the discount from School Uniforms Direct (as they claim in their reply) but by finding it on the Kids Pass Website and app, where they are are still advertising the discount.

Where do I stand on this? Am I still entitled to claim the discount, if they are still advertising it?

The more concerning issue is that Kids Pass are oblivious to the fact that they are still offering the discount!

Any advice regarding how I approach this would be much appreciated, if nothing else than to prove a point to Kids Pass! Thanks

Can you give a link to the advert? I just looked and can't see anything for School Uniforms Direct but there is an offer for School Wear United, but I'm not a member so there may be more offers available to view as a member than a non member.
