Many thanks
Not like that on the account page.
The exact wording of one email includes
As an existing credit card customer, based on the information we currently hold, we're delighted to tell you that you've been provisionally accepted for a second credit card. We just need to confirm that your income, expenditure and credit status haven't changed.
The most recent I have concentrates on two balance transfer offers, but earlier ones headlined with the 0% on purchases above these.0 -

Interesting. Already have the standard Tesco cc but they sent me a targeted offer with a 2,500 cc point sign up bonus for taking out the very same card? Anyone have any experience getting such a 'welcome' offer transferred to a different card. Don't need 2 of the same card...0

Hi, I have the same offer as SnowTiger but instead for balance transfer and I recently got their 15 months 0% on purchases and balance transfer with a less than 1% fee. I was wondering if they would conduct a second credit check if I took their offer?
Btw the first was opened at the start of this July so it's barely a month old0 -

I have the Foundation card and have same message showing about applying for a second card. I followed the link to apply. It did state that you had to have a good credit history (mine is almost rebuilt but not quite there). When you go through the application process, at the bottom of the page it does ask you to give consent for a credit check.
I didn't go any further and backed out. Saving my searches for a rainy day! :rotfl:0
