Inbox Pounds is safe. they send you a couple of emails everyday and if you confirm you received them they give you a penny. The minimum you can claim is £20. So 2000 confirms needed. They also invite you to do surveys for a few pence each but I usually get half way through them when they tell me I do not qualify.

I checked my spam folder and about 15 emails already but from places like John Lewis (advertising jobs in my local town) and other more reputable companies, not any seedy websites etc although the emails are headed by people's personal names , not the company name The Asda ad came through on my ipad which is impossible to get mailware. Only PC browsers can get infected.

So these emails clearly are not from John Lewis and other more reputable companies.

It is not impossible to get malware on an ipad. More difficult, but if you're opening dodgy emails and giving out your personal details to anyone that asks, definitely not impossible.

Ask at your local library and college if they have a class on internet basics, keeping yourself safe online.

Don't click on any more e-mails.

without knowing who is your e-mail provider it is impossible to advise, but gmail and outlook has good spam blocking tools.

do not clcik and unsubscribe links, and mark any e-mails as 'spam'. unsubscribe links from spammers merely confirm you have a live e-mail and signs you up for more junk.

It goes without saying the 300 morrisons 'survey' is also a scam!
