Switched to GSE in May through MSE. Problem is my account won't accept Gas Meter Reading, I rang them up with the reading weeks ago and they said they would get accounts to sort it out. If I want to put in another reading I still cannot do so and my original reading is still not showing.:(
I have sent them an on line message and still no joy. The reading for electricity was shown ok but nothing for gas. I spoke to someone in Ireland, I think. What's happening please.

It might be the old supplier hasn't sent the Meter Technical Details through so GSE might have your readings as "pending" but you cannot view them yourself.
Alternatively, if your gas is provided by an Independent Gas Transporter (IGT) the switch process can take longer.0 -
