credit balance to cash ?

Hi,
Any advice would be appreciated on the following -
I need to turn my remaining £2750 balance on my credit card into cash in the next fortnight from my barclaycard ?
1.MAX CASH ALLOWED IS £600.
2. NO OFFERS/OPTIONS OFFERED FOR BALANCE TRANSFER TO MY BARCLAYS CURRENT ACCOUNT.
3.I HOLD A VANQUIS C.C WITH £1000 LIMIT/UNUSED BUT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COULD HELP.
In short i'm asking if i'm missing any tricks as i have a limited knowledge of credit cards,in addition i don't mind even expensive options to obtain the £2500/2750 has anyone any ideas i would love to hear them
