Paypal account limited...advice please!

My paypal account had been limited due to arrears on the account of £14.25. I've tried to contact them but have just given up after holding for 20 minutes.

They indicate the only way I can resolve this is by sending a cheque to them in Ireland but due to the postal strike I have no idea when it will arrive. They've threatened sending it to a debt collection agency, has anyone got an email address for their customer services at all? Or any advice?

Many thanks

You don't have a credit card or something to top up the account with? That would be a lot faster.

Or has it gone beyond that now...?

Re: contact - my advice is to persist with the phone no, because you won't get a sensible answer via email.
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j
  • I'd be happy to top up with my credit card but they're only giving me the option to send a chq at the moment. I did send an email to that affect over a week ago but they haven't replied

I guess I'll have to persist with the tel no. If anyone's got a better telephone number please let me know
