Your wife will need to defend a claim. We win over 99% of the time (I can recall one lost, that's all). There was a poster here this month whose wife went long to the hearing and won in ten minutes flat, and reported to her OH, about her scam-busting experience: 'it was ace!'PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
