Your Healthy Living Awards 2017 Terms and Conditions
There are two ways to place your vote in the Your Healthy Living Awards 2017:
- By registering and placing your vote on our website (see here for details).
- By post: list your vote in each category on a card or outside of a sealed envelope, PLUS your name, contact telephone or email and post to: Your Healthy Living Awards 2017, Unit G2 Blois Meadow Business Centre, Steeple Bumpstead, Essex CB9 7BN.
One vote per category per person (your vote is registered to avoid multiple votes).
JFN Productions reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting.
Voting closes on 20 October 2017. The winners (with the most online and postal votes combined) in each category will be announced in the December issue of Your Healthy Living.
The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each person who places a vote in the Your Healthy Living Awards 2017 will be entered into the Your Healthy Living Awards 2017 Prize Draw.
The Your Healthy Living Awards 2017 Prize Draw winner will be selected at random from all the entries received by the closing date. The overall winner will be notified within 28 days of 20 October 2017.
The prize winner must be aged 18 years or over. The prize is an overnight stay for two people at K West Hotel & Spa in an Executive Bedroom, including English Breakfast, two 50-minute spa treatments at K Spa and access to the Wet Spa. Further details at: www.k-west.co.uk. Prize subject to availability. Additional food and beverages are not included. Travel is not included. The prize must be redeemed before 31 May 2018.
By Registering to Vote in the Your Healthy Living Awards you agree to being contacted on occasion by JFN Productions, publishers of Your Healthy Living, and companies connected to JFN only. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternate prize or equal or greater value. If winners are unable to take the prize or not contactable after 21 days, a redraw may take place.
Winners accept prizes at their own risk. For those that involve travel, winners should obtain their own travel insurance and ensure they are fit to travel.
The publisher shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, arising from prize/competition administration or winners’ acceptance and use/enjoyment of the prizes.
