Not paying VAT...

Can anybody point me in the direction of the thread about claiming VAT back when kitting out a new house.


Part II....
A year or so back on one of the Changing Room type programs they did 2 Army homes, in one they put a laminate type floor down which was a hell of a lot cheaper. Rather than it being strips of wood like laminate it was a sheet which they kind of engraved the 'lines' into. Anybody remember it / know which wood it was they used?

Cheers Troo, it's a brand new build, pain in the !!!!!! though cos people are living in the houses on each side but i've still got to pay for the survey ???

Still lost though on the VAT thing, lol.. read it and still confused.

There's another thread here, PMM has put a link on there. I haven't clicked the link though, it might be written in legal language instead of plain english lol ;D
