Missing appeal time, now letters from DRP

Hi everyone,
that matter for sure was discussed before, but I cannot find it. I missed the appeal time to the organisation (UKPC) and now I got a letter from DRP. Firstly, I tried to ignore all the letters coming from UKPC (because simply I did not leave side, the idea of being fined for that sounded so hilarious for me) but when I got a letter from debt collectors and got another PCN for the same thing, I tried to contact the UKPC using their appeal website. No chance as they said the matter is already with DRP. SoI wrote DRP back using the template that was available on this forum and got an answer from them via email. The most interesting part from their email:
`My findings
There are clear and sufficient signs at the site in question, warning drivers that a PCN may be issued if they leave their vehicle unattended at the site without the permission of the landowner. The site warden records the registration number of all vehicles that are left unattended at the site.
Court action
I feel obligated to inform you that, under the Pre-Action Protocol of the Civil Procedural Rules, court action must only be viewed as a last resort. I am attempting to abide by this direction by trying to settle the matter amicably without court involvement.
Your actions may be viewed as obstructive to this aim and will be made clear to the court should the matter escalate to such a stage.`
WHat should I do now? I would not bother much but I am pregnant and simply everything bothers me. I am sorry if those matters appear already on the forum. I will be grateful for any link to a solution or the answer to my question.

Lots of posts saying don't start a new thread about DRP. Read https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5035663
Ignore them!!
Come back to the newbies faq thread for more advice if you get a court claim, or a LBCCA from the PPC0
