shipping container for my garden

has anyone installed a shipping container in their garden? did you get pp? mine will be on railway sleepers so not 'fixed'. anyone know if there's a maximum amount of buildings (shed/summerhouses) allowed in a back garden? if there is a max allowed i assume i will have to take measurements of all my sheds, add sq metres together then decide if i'm over the limit. any info be great ,thx.
