Internet Explorer back button returns to blank screen and not search results

Would anyone know what's wrong with my computer.
I use internet explorer 11 and if I type money saving expert in google I get all the results so I click on money saving expert forum then once I finished searching I click on the back button in internet explorer and it takes me back to a blank screen and not the search results.

Lots of dynamic pages such as search results don't deal well with coming back from another page. If I get some search results and want to go through several of them, I tend to right-click and use "open in another window" as David said above, then close the second window when (invariably) I find that search result was no use.0
