How to check progress of Smart Parking appeal?

Hey,
I got a PCN from Smart and appealed following the advice I've seen on this forum, however I don't think I made a note of how to check the progress of my appeal. I submitted it via their website.
Can anyone point me to where I can check it? Or will any response come via the post?
Cheers!

They will respond in their own good time. There is no "progress" as such. They generally take a quick glance and send out a standard note with a POPLA code.
Sometimes they send letters that seem to get lost in the post. For some strange reason an aweful lot of parking companies seem to have postal problems, a huge amount of letters containing POPLA codes go missing.0 -
It has been a couple of weeks now, should I be worried?0

They have 35 days...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
