Ex Display

Hi, Im new to this site apologies if I am posting this in the wrong place.
2 weeks ago I bought an ex-display sofa, I was told it would be sent to the distribution warehouse that week, and I would receive delivery within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later the sofa is still on the sales floor an obviously being used by customers. There is no sold sign on it and starting to look a little more worn than Im happy with.
When I bought it I was told ex display was non refundable but I didn't expect it to be left out to use. Can anyone advice what I should do?

Does seem odd. We did a similar deal but ordering a non display one at the same time. They actually wanted to deliver the Ex Display within a few days but agreed to hold it until the new one was ready for delivery.

The sofa should have been removed from display by the end of that day. As such (IMHO) the seller is in breach of contract.

What has the store you bought the sofa from said when, presumably, you brought this to their attention on your visit to the store?
