Good morning chrismilla and welcome to the forums.
I'm sorry you don't appear to have had a reply on Twitter, I do know the guys are busy on there.
I've had a look through your tweets and I think the best thing to do is to log in to your online account, then pop some up to date reads on and produce a real time bill.
Once you can see the bill and the accurate balance, go to the Direct Debit manager tool, from here you can adjust your payments by 20% either up or down. You can adjust the payment amount by 5% without reads, but it's best to get everything as up to date as possible.
Do you know when your annual review is? At this point we would refund any credit to you that is over £5, as long as we've had some meter reads.
You can also do an online quote and have a look at the tariffs and what would be best for you.
If you want us to review the payments, instead of doing it online and talk about a refund, then it would be best to speak to us.
I'm here to help, so just shout up if you need me
Thank you

I've given new readings but can't see how to generate a new bill. I pay by fortnightly installments because my income fluctuates between full-time minimum wage and nothing at all.
By my estimations a new bill would be for £68, and I currently have over £215 credit so I'd like a second £100 refund please.0 -

Oh I see, thank you chrismilla,
Do you have an actual payment arrangement in place? Or do you just pay fortnightly with a payment card?
The first thing we need to do is to produce an actual bill, once this is produced we can look at a refund.
If you'd like to send me your account number, full name address and date of birth to me, I can produce the bill.
My email is on my profile page.
Thank you
