Will this photo evidence suffice?

Hi,

I'm appealing a parking charge and have reached the point where I now have my popla code from UKPC.

In my appeal I used the classic text from the thread on this board:

"I believe that your signs fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence, as established in ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis...."

plus the one about the signs not being visible.

My appeal was rejected by UKPC and now I'm considering appealing via popla.

The only evidence I have is the photo I've attached the the post.

My question is, is this going to be enough or should I pay at the 'discount' rate of 60 quid rather than 100?

Thanks,
Notting

Why the heck would anyone pay this bunch of ex-clampers a penny?

If this was a windscreen PCN, surely you are unlikely to have received any NTK and therefore you know to (obviously - this is the entire point of appealing as keeper!) include the fact that a keeper appellant can't be held liable without any NTK being served by day 56?

Not only that, there are template appeal points already written about all this, in the NEWBIES thread post #3. Your photo will embed very nicely in your document in the template point about unclear signs...just add a comment and add your pic, and show us your draft appeal.

I would expect to see at least 4 appeal points for POPLA, and I've said where to find them.

We win. Stop thinking of paying these nasty photo-altering scumbags.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just to close the loop on this, I won the case and didn't pay.

    Worth doing on principle alone.

Why not show the Popla decision to assist others.
