Wondering if anyone could give me some advice please.
I received a parking fine from this company after using one of their car parks. We paid the pound to use the car park and entered my registration number however they state we didn't. They also state they didn't have any record of my registration number being entered into the machine. As its a ticketless system we didn't have any evidence to prove that we had actually paid for parking.
I've appealed with the company and they rejected it. I then appealed with POPLA and they have rejected it. I'm fuming as its a completely unfair ticket and I really don't want to have to pay them when its so unjustified.
Any advice as to what to do next?
Thanks.

its not a fine , its an invoice
there is nothing else you can do , other than get the landholder to cancel it
if MB send an LBC , reply and refute it
if they issue an MCOL from Northampton CCBC within 6 years , then study post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky thread
there is no "magic bullet", so dont look for one0 -
Wow, it's rare to lose v MB at POPLA as they aren't the sharpest knives in the box. We expect you appealed without researching here first, and blabbed about who the driver was? Ooops...anyway never mind, next time you get a fake PCN come here first, MB are normally a pushover at POPLA.
With this one, ignore all debt demand letters, laugh at them, despite the intimidating 'red words'. LOL!
Come back if you get a claim and we'll help you defend it properly. No big deal, defendable. NEVER pay these scumbag firms for an easy life, never. You are better than that I am sure and it is funding and sponsoring the next unwarranted PCN against more vulnerable victims than you.
See you if you get a claim - PLEASE PLEASE no updates about debt collector letters...spare us. The forum has more than enough (maybe ten thousand!) threads over the years, about that tedious stage!
The NEWBIES thread tells you what you should have done, and in post #4 it covers the boring subject of 'ignoring the debt letters' stage. And in post #2 it tells you what to do if they eventually try a claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
