Quicken and HSBC

I have been using Quicken XG without any problems since 2004 and downloading .ofx files from HSBC since 2007. Since June this year, downloading .ofx files has been a problem. HSBC seem to have changed something but will not admit it. I can download transactions in .ofx for one bank account. When downloading transactions for a 2nd account, Quicken cannot translate the account label and asks me to specify which account I want the transactions sent to (but for some reason, the account I want to transfer them to is not on the list). For my credit card account, Quicken is saying that the .ofx data is being transmitted in an unrecognisable code - error code OL-226A. I can download .qif files but, as any Quicken user will know, this is a very inefficient and laborious process. Does anyone have similar problems as HSBC are insisting that I am the only person with these problems and my software is at fault......software that has not been upgraded recently.
As background, I have experienced the same problem on another PC even when I have uninstalled then reinstalled Quicken.
Back in November 2016, HSBC launched their new web site. No-one could download transactions to Quicken and, I believe, MS Money. Very quickly, they added a link to the new web site, which enabled users to access the old web site.

I've started having the same problem with my Natwest Mastercard in the last few weeks. Did you ever resolve this?
