Motorcycle stolen and recovered what about PCN?

Options
Hello,
20 days ago my motorcycle was stolen but I was contacted by the police and they informed me that they found it. The buglers damaged it and It is not rideable yet and I am not sure if it will ever be. Around 45 days ago I received 2 PCNs (20 days before the bike was stolen). The one was for a PARKING Charge Notice issued by Gemini Parking solutions for parking at Chase Farm hospital and the second was a Penalty Charge Notice for riding in a bus lane issued by Lamberth council.
AM I liable to pay these fines? As I was not the registered owner of the motorcycle the last 20 days. The motorcycle is still at the police station. I tried to collect it today but it is not rideable.

thank you

as you were the registered keeper AT THE TIME you are liable for the lambeth ticket , Gemini can also get your data from the DVLA , because the data they ask for is for the day of the ticket

However, BOTH are appealable, but the Council one is a huge worry if you never appealed - eeek, it will have increased in cost. You should post on pepipoo ONLY about the Council bus lane one and get URGENT advice or that one could be a disaster if you've gone and ignored it:

NOT for the Gemini one. That one you should have appealed as well, see the NEWBIES thread and appeal it now (late) as registered keeper at the time, as per the NEWBIES thread. Get your advice about that Gemini private PCN here and don't just pay it when they send demands.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
