No Keeper Letter ability - no mention of PoFA on the PCN. They should therefore pursue the drivers, whose details you have no obligation to provide.

They've more chance of pinning fog to a jelly than they have of pinning this on the keeper (or even the driver's!).

However, if you're up to taking this on, you could name the drivers - entry/exit 1 (first driver's name and address), entry/exit 2 (second driver's name and address). I'd love to see how they'd handle that.

Is this subways own car park, and not shared with anyone else?
and did you visit this place often?
all the above could give you some leverage against the parking company and the landowner/landholder (ie subway)

Thanks again. @Umkomaas, I'm almost tempted to go on a crusade with the two driver info, but if I can get by using the standard arguments, which seems likely, based on what I have read and seen about Britannia and this type of PCN, I would be wise to save myself a lot of time and hassle.

By the way, there is Costa as well as Subway, so it's one of those 'mini retail parks'

Yes you can beat this easily using the standard templates, standing on your head, it's that simple with Britannia. They can't hold a keeper liable so you appeal as keeper, and they lose.

    Good result. :T.

They huffed and they puffed - then ran away! Standard behaviour of a typical bully.
