Hi All
I received a Claim Form from ParkingEye from the county court buisness centre, issue date 12 July 2017 - received it yesterday.

My appeal was rejected by POPLA - there was a Christmas tree business operating out of the car park, I drove in asked how much, had a chat etc then drove out. I then ignored requests for money ...
I really need time to digest all the great and useful information on this site and work out what to do next. So my question today is do I fill in the acknowledgement of service on the form?

Which box do I tick?
I intend to defend all of this claim?
I intend to defend part of this claim?
I intend to contest jurisdiction???

Many thanks!

Start by reading the link to a court guide by bargepole in the NEWBIES thread. This gives you a step by step guide on what to do, when, and how to fill in parts of the forms.

... and leave the defence box blank. Don't put anything in it at all, not even a full stop.
