If you have been directed to call any premium rate 084, 087 or 09 numbers to sort this out, make sure you claim back the call costs. Very still seems to advertise 0844 numbers in some places.
Since 13 June 2014 it has been illegal to offer premium rate 084, 087 or 09 numbers for after-sales enquiries and issues. This is covered in Regulation 41 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.0 -
