I have a parking ticket from parking eye (BPA), 17 minutes over = £85, a bit excessive I think. Do I need to pay this? I read the sticky but found it a bit confusing (England/Scotland).

I got the ticket, I never said I was driving lol.
The ticket was from a service car park beside a doctors.
