Totally agree with this. My husband was served pie and gravy on a slate and it didnt go down well when he asked for a plate. They said no-one else found it a problem.

There was a study years ago where they set up various things (such as soup with too much salt, dirty glasses etc) and then had groups of various nationalities to see how they dealt with it. I think germans were most likely to complain where we were one of the least likely to (only surpassed by the japanese I think).

That being said, we're also supposedly 10 times more likely to share a bad experience than a good one (and thus the saying "theres no such thing as bad publicity").
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

    I'd much rather not.

Is this restaurant chain featured on there?

No, but it would give the OP some insight into how long some customers have to wait with a team of shambolic staff in the kitchen.
You know what uranium is, right? It's this thing called nuclear weapons. And other things. Like lots of things are done with uranium. Including some bad things.

Any particular episode you'd care to recommend that involves a 45 minute wait for food in a place similar to Chef & Brewer just to put it into context?

    Yes, all of them.
    No, not all of them.

Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares UK was last broadcast live in 2009 and featured all sorts of different restaurant styles.

    So again:
