Alternatives to Hill's d/d feline diet

Hi everyone!
My lovely little lady, Purdey, has inflammatory bowel disease and I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat as me with their cat. Let me explain:
Purdey has been on Hill's D/D (both wet and dry) cat food since she was diagnosed. This is because it is a single source protein (venison & pea) which does not inflame her gut.. However, Hill's seem to have stopped making the wet variety and cannot say if they will make it again (shortage of deer, apparently!). I am now having major problems finding a unique (unique - in this case - meaning a source of protein she is unlikely to have encountered before, so chicken, turkey and fish is out of the question). Can anyone help me with this as Purdey is currently well and I don't want to put her through the horrors of her disease again.
Thanks!

Would you consider raw feeding? My raw dog food supplier usually has venison (although it is seasonal, runs out for a couple of months each year until the new season kicks in) but for other unique sources they have horse, pigeon, pheasant, kangaroo, zebra, goat, quail, also with it being all meat (with added offal and bone) it is more natural so less likely to cause an issue with a dietary disease. Many raw feeders even find that things they were previously unable to feed they can do so without a problem when it's raw.0

Raw is ideal and much cheaper than hills, catzfinefood, om nom nom and macs all do single protein foods.0

Vet Concept is another brand that sells single protein foods suitable for IBD, available online.
