Help - New CP Plus hospital parking

Hello all,
Just got back from the hospital where inevitably my car got a ticket . After reading a few old post and looking at the company's website ( CP PLUS) I am not sure what to do...they seem beyond dodgy and definitely do not trust them with any bank details.
I've also read about their £1.50 extra charge, just a means of getting more money out of a person ...furious!
This is the email that I want to send to them - without giving them the parking charge number.
"Hello,
While attending a doctor appointment my car has been ticketed. When I tried to call and verify the post payment details the message on your system is saying a completely different address than the one printed on the ticket. As such that method is now deemed non secure - meaning payment by post is not safe thus not an option.
As you seem to be charging an extra unlawfully £1.50 for any payments over the phone or by bank transfer that is not an option either. As such my parking ticket is considered void.
Thank you"
Can anyone help me please? Should I expect letters and problems from them? DO they haver any grounds for this " business " they seem to run on the back of those in need of a hospital visit?
Thank you!

Forget that email. DO NOT send it
Everyone is politely asked to read the newbies faq thread before starting a new thread.
First edit your post to remove details of who was driving
Then read that thread and aquaint yourself on what to do and when to do it.
And complain to the hospital PALS and ask them to get it cancelled alongside appealing in line with the newbies faq thread0 -
there are templates for this in the NEWBIES sticky thread, plus long explanations about this sc@m
NEVER vent your spleen by outing the driver, blabbing is actually the most stupid thing to do, so calm down , read , then do the right thing , becasue they say if you act in haste , you repent at leisure
NEVER tell anyone who was driving , period , no exceptions
and contact PALS as KEEPER (not driver) and insist they cancel this spurious charge0 -
CP Plus are so easy to beat as long as you DO NOT use that appeal, as driver - eeeeekk!!
CP Plus can't hold registered keepers liable - so, it's clear who appeals, then!
Read the NEWBIES thread, use the template, one-size-fits-all, regardless of circumstances, regardless of signage. That's what the sticky thread is there for, thank Goodness we stopped you from killing off your slam-dunk winning point as KEEPER of the car!
P.S. please could you edit your title - this is not a court CLAIM. It's a fake PCN. Every time people see your thread they'll think it's a court case.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Thank you all for the replies, post now edited and going ahead with that appeal as the keeper! thank you !0

and remember , that if this was a WINDSCREEN ticket you send in the appeal template around day25 or 26
ie:- not hours after receiving a windscreen ticket
in the meantime , you complain as RK or as KEEPER to PALS and try to get it cancelled over the next few weeks , but do not miss the 28 day deadline so any appeal goes in as KEEPER around day 26
slowlee , slowlee , catchee monkee
good luck0
