LUTON HOO HOTEL, GOLF & SPA HOTEL INSPECTOR ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1)The prize comprises a three (3) night stay at Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa being offered for two (2) people sharing including; Three (3) nights’ accommodation in a Mansion House Suite, daily breakfast, dinner on one night in the Wernher Restaurant, dinner on two nights in Adams Brasserie, one (1) 55 minute Spa Treatments per person, one (1) 18 hole round of golf for two people, clay pigeon shooting on one day including lunch and £1000 spending money.
2) Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to be entered in to this competition. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
3) The prize must be taken before 30th June 2018 but cannot be taken on or between the following dates: 25th to 25th August 2017, 15th December 2017 to 5th January 2018, 30th March to 16th April 2018, 4th to 7th May 2018 and 25th to 28th May 2018. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions
4) Booking is subject to availability.
5) A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed
6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
7) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
10) Transport to and from Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa is the responsibility of the prize winner.
11) Accommodation, footage and images kindly provided by Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa.
12) Bookings must be made through Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd (“Cloud Nine”), The Works, 6 West Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 5HR (ABTA number: L9097)
13) The three complimentary nights must be taken on executive days.
14) The Wernher restaurant is only open Wednesday – Sunday.
