According to them Preferred Partner of Carphone Warehouse.
I ordered a Parrot bluetooth handsfree with a Parrot Unika (uses the steering wheel controls) from this shower on the 25/06/17. Fitting was arranged for the 5/7/17.
I then got an email saying the Unika wasn't compatable and they would be issuing a refund for that. The refund arrived in my bank 2 days later, so far so good.
On the 3/7/17 a parcel arrived containing the wrong model Parrot. I emailed them straight away but didn't get a reply until I chased them on the 4/6/17.
Initially they tried to get me to accept the wrong item but I refused and having already arranged a day off work I phoned another company, https://www.justcarkits.co.uk/ who were brilliant and arranged an appointment for the 5th.
Connectmycar then tried to say it was up to me to return the wrong item for a refund but eventually agreed to send a courier for it. It was collected on 4/7/17.
I have been waiting since then (15 days) for a refund.
When I rang to chase them I was told that I had to confirm in writing that I wasn't doing a chargeback!
So in other words they have come up with a BS excuse for not giving a refund.
Just a warning for anyone considering using them in the future

Sorry that should be 4/7 not 4/6.
Yes the issue is the time taken to refund and the BS excuse about needing me to confirm in writing that I wasn't charging back which means that after 15 days they haven't even thought of processing the refund.0
