Hi I followed the NEWBIES thread about what to do with regards to appealing. I have a company car, so I filled out the appeal as the registered keeper. I sent the appeal on the 18th June, they issued the ticket on the 15th.

I am still waiting to hear back from them, they said it can be up to 35 days before I hear back but not sure what to do if I don't hear back from them? Would really appreciate any advice

how did you appeal , by letter or online , who was the company involved

It's unlikely you won't hear back from them.

Do nothing if you don't!!

or a company that "loses" appeals and times out for POPLa codes , eg indigo and others

I appealed online through their system. Having read other cases, I am concerned they will start contacting a debt recovery company..

This forum is not here to talk about the meaning of the word ''ignore'' which has not changed for a decade in relation to debt collector threatograms about fake PCNs. Sorry, hate this subject because one only needs to read what's here...yawning already...Groundhog day!
