Cooking is no hardship for me as I really enjoy it and find it quite meditative... and I really enjoy eating as well 😆 I don't make anything specifically for the freezer but, as there are just the two of us, I can make a meal that serves four and freeze half. I think my meal planning looks more impressive than it is - I'm a big fan of quick and easy and one pot recipes.
Remember too that I'm at home full time so cooking is part of my 'job'.
