Can anyone tell me whether there is an alternative energy supplier which would be able to use the installed metering in this apartment now supplied by the EDF Deemed Warmwise EWN Heating Tariff?
Hi - welcome to the forum, You are on what is known as complex metering which is usually supplier dependent. However, I have seen posts that suggest that some suppliers will change the meter if you transfer your supply to them (Ovo's name pops up on many forums).
Qn 'Do you actually need a complex meter given your present level of consumption'? It may be that a meter change to Economy 7 might work out just as well. You need to do the sums. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

Why not contact EDF and ask them if they have any other options available to you?
Don't be surprised if they say no.0
